We use your data primarily to match participants with independent experts and to support bookings and trail requests. We do not sell personal data.

The platform currently focuses on trail communities in Nepal. If we expand to new regions, this policy will be updated.

Account Deletion Instructions

1. Open the deletion form and submit your request with optional reason.
2. We review pending obligations (events, bookings, and moderation records).
3. You receive email updates when the request is approved/rejected/completed.

For compliance and safety, account deletion is manual and not instant.
